Have a think about the 5 different areas:
On your paper, write some different ideas underneath the subheadings: Be connected, Be mindful, Be creative, Give to others and Be active.
When you have done this, you might like to display it near your workspace to remind yourself of all the different ways you can keep your brain happy and healthy!
