Our surroundings are really important when we are learning. We don't want to be too cosy, in case we fall asleep, or too distracted, in case we end up watching television. We need to make sure that our learning environment helps to keep us motivated and focussed. Click on this link below to find out how to create a good learning environment:
First, create a table, which has 4 rows and 5 columns. Then, label each column with one of the five food groups. Finally, underneath the food group, draw three examples of foods which fit into that category. Here is an example to get you started:
