This exemplar shows how the Best Practice Continuum was used to guide a Learning Walk focused on how feedback was shared in the classroom. Key parts of the document have been isolated to direct attention to the focus of the Learning Walk and then good practice has been highlighted. Below each relevant section of the continuum, observation notes have been made to form the basis of feedback to teaching staff and to direct Year Group reflections and discussion about the outcomes.
