Meet the author: Guy Jones!

Years 4 and 5 met Guy Jones, author of 'Ice garden' and his new title 'The Fire Maker'. In an entertaining assembly Guy told us how he created his characters and stories, and invited us to join him to invent a new story. He used a clever technique to construct our narrative. Everyone got carried away with suggestions, and we were so  engaged that Sue decided to have a creative writing competition based on those ideas. So, get those entries rolling in! The first prize will be a signed copy of 'The Fire Maker'. Entry forms available from class teachers, or the library.
