A notice for parents and carers: Home Learning and Google Meet

These are the rules for your children:

Online Safety for Parents and Families

Keeping your children safe online

We are able to support you to keep your children safe online at home.

Each year, we hold a meeting and workshop for parents to keep you informed about how to keep your children safe online.

If you want advice at any other time, you are invited to make an appointment with our ICT Computing Lead, or ICT Computing Teaching Assistant for support with issues such as parental controls, online gaming, or social media concerns.
School Online Safety policy:
We have a school Online Safety Policy  and an Anti-cyber Bullying Policy that includes all the ways we work to keep safe
when using the Internet and ICT.

Young People and the Internet:
Children and young people are using the Internet more and more, for homework, keeping in touch with friends, watching videos and listening to music, playing games and finding information.

It is important that they know how to keep safe online, and we teach our
pupils how to do this using a range of resources and lessons.
Keep Safe: Keep SMART:We also have a set of rules for children, called Keeping Safe: Keep SMART that we ask all pupils to read and sign each year.
