We have a PE gifted and talented club that runs once a week at BGFJS with the aim of extending the students’ learning and skill level in a competitive environment. These students were invited to attend the Tower Hamlets Neighbourhood Games during the Easter Holiday.
They have shared their experiences-
‘My favourite sport was Squash. You have and a bat and you hit the ball against a wall. We also went on a surfing game which was a lot of fun. There was also gymnastics which was my favourite.’
Nazifa, class 6
‘We had lots of fun and there were lots of sports including squash, table tennis, hockey, basketball, football and more.’
Sara, Class 6
‘I thought it was fun and enjoyable because I made new friends and the best bit was that we didn’t win but we had fun.’
Tanishah, class 10
