The purpose of the workshop was to make parents and adults think about the type of food they themselves consume, and the type of meals they provide for their children. The workshop gave parents an insight into how small healthy changes in their diet can lead to ensuring that they and their children were consuming their 5 portion of fruits and vegetables a day.
The workshop was a huge success. With a big thank you to all the parents that attended and to Sultana from the Healthy Lives Team for delivering this very informative session.
