In Science this term, we are learning about plants. Each class in year 3 has planted some seeds so that we can learn about how plants grow.
Class 2 have planted some beans, carrots and radish. We have been watering our beans each day and the seed trays twice a week. The radish shoots have been growing much more quickly than the beans and carrots, and some shoots have already grown out of the soil.
When the plants have finished growing we might taste them! The beans are much more slower to grow than the carrots. Did you know that beans can take up to 5 days to grow?
