Buenas tardes! Welcome back. It’s been a long week and you have certainly exercised your brain muscle. So, let’s listen to some soothing music. While you listen, close your eyes, think of something or somewhere that makes you feel calm. Breathe in through your nose, hold for three seconds, then breathe out through your mouth. Repeat as many times as you like.
