Have a look at some of your amazing work which was sent through. Thank you for all your hard work year 3s!
a) What do you see, think and wonder about the artwork?
b) What do you like most about the artwork?
c) What colours did the artist use throughout the painting and why do you think he chose these particular colours?
Please remember to have a bottle of water close by in case you get thirsty.
Does it remind you of that wonderful story we read in class, 'Here We Are' by Oliver Jeffers?
a) What is the poem about? What does it make you think about when you read it?
b) Try and identify the verbs which are used? Why do you think the author chose these words? What effect does it create?
c) What do you think the last verse means? Why do you think he dreamed of painting a smile?
d) Write down your own verse of something you are trying to protect? Use the same structure as the poem and try and use powerful verbs.
Today we are going to be learning how to orally rehearse our instructions. Please watch the video below the learning journey and pause it when you need to.
