For Interfaith week, Nadini taught Year 4 about Sikhism. Everyone had lots of questions and we found out lots of things including the five Ks: Kesh, Kangha, Kara, Kachera and Kirpan, which all Sikhs must wear when they have been baptised. We hope everyone has a lovely Vaisakhi (the Sikh New Year festival) on April 14th!
As winners of the World Book Day Display, class 6 were invited to a tea-party with Sue in the library. Class 6 thoroughly enjoyed themselves! I mean, it's not everyday you have a tea-party in a library! World Book Day 2022 has finally arrived! (Hurrah!!) It's been such a long time since we last dressed up as our favourite characters. In Class 6, we have tried really hard to make our own costumes. Take a look at some of the pictures and see if you can identify the characters that we've dressed up as. |
