Here is today’s timetable:
Grab some paper and have a go at drawing a unicorn or a dino (or both!)
1) Listen to Nick Toczek perform his poem The Dragon Who Ate Our School. Clap along to find the beat of the poem. Now, read it out loud (page 2-3) with the same beat.
3) Use the pictures (page 6) to help you write 5-10 2A sentences or expanded noun phrases about the dragon.
- Look at the picture of The Dragon. Can you write some really descriptive sentences with noun phrases about this creature?
- Can you learn any of the poem off by heart?
Look around you at home. What can you see?
In the kitchen
From a window
Whatever you can see that has some interesting shapes, whatever you choose: KEEP GOING. ENJOY YOURSELF. KEEP YOUR WORK TO SHOW US.
