We are sure you have all missed a Joe Wicks' session to start the day. Let’s get our day started with warming up our bodies as well as our brains. Now, grab your water bottle and get ready for today's session!
Starter: Count on and back in 10.
Use the number grid from 1 to 100 to help you count on 10 from the number 7 all the way up to 97. What do you notice each time you add on 10 more? What is the same and what is different? Now, count back 10 from 97 to 7. What is happening to the digits each time you take 10 away?
Activity 2: Spend 15 minutes practising your times tables on Times Tables Rockstars.
Wash your hands for 20 seconds, fetch yourself a refreshing glass of water and relax.
Starter: Using possessive apostrophes.
Watch this video and then answer the questions.
Wash your hands for 20 seconds and have a delicious, healthy lunch. Spend some time away from your computer screen.
There are several reasons why bystanders (also know as witnesses, observers, onlookers) might not do anything to help. This could be because they might:
- be frightened of what might happen to them.
- be worried it would get worse.
- not know what to do to help.
Draw a picture about what you should do if you experience someone being mean to you online.
Remember you can also go on Active Learn Primary (Bug Club) or sit down with a book for some independent reading.
