Session 2Today, Sophie's Literacy group continued with their weaving project! We built on our learning from last week and had a go at weaving with lots of different materials! Maryam said, "It has been a very fun experience! Weaving was very hard, especially with thread, but we are making lots of progress!" Session 1Sophie's Literacy group had such a fun afternoon! A team from the Museum of London Docklands visited our class and we explored the history of weaving. We also got to have a go at weaving! We can't wait for them to come and visit again next Thursday! This week, Year 5 had a wonderful day trip to Gorsfield! We explored, adventured and tried lots of new things. We particularly enjoyed eating marshmallows at the campfire! |
