Class 11 explored photography in the Victorian era. We found out that the reason why people look tired and bored in photographs from the Victorian times in that they had to sit for 5 - 10 minutes for the camera to take their photograph! Can you imagine sitting still and waiting for that long to have your photograph taken?
We got dressed up in Victorian costume, posed like we had seen people posing in Victorian photographs, and had our pictures taken. We then used Pixlr ( an online photo editing tool ) to filter our photographs and make them look like they were from Victorian era
