I would like to offer you some support during these challenging times. Here are some tips for the week that might be helpful when your children are at home.
Create a family schedule/timetable with your children. Here is just an example. In school we follow a timetable. This may help children to feel calm at home. Ask your children to draw pictures of the activities in the timetable to make them feel involved. Then put your family schedule somewhere you can all see it like on the fridge.
